I also consider watching an E-type being well driven around a track to be art, even if it's just broken down to the same thing of a person putting in inputs to a machine.

That is an appreciation of human skill. A human, like you. If it were a computer driven car it would be nothing more than mathematical equations and an accelerometer. The car would be faster around the track and nothing more than a novelty that is soon forgotten.

I find this sentence in this image interesting.
Yet I lack the cultural context to understand it's meaning.

There is science, an unglamorous process.
There is "science" an art form that obfuscates with powerful imagery and language that deceives to cult like results.
Too many people fail to preserve the may haves and go straight to presumed substantiation.

Computers have become more powerful since then.

I had several classes in Dartmouth Hall ~1978-1982.

Computers have become more powerful since then.

Saw the plaque in person in ~2017.

Computers have become more powerful since then.

Let's see what develops...

But we know computers will become even more powerful...

I can’t talk about some of the vendors I am working with using AI as cyber defence as the new attack models use AI as well, so it will be AI vs AI, and not in a funny spy vs spy way.
