To quote a line from an early Harry Potter movie: "What...an...idiot..."

Sec. Blinkin may be able to play the notes, but he doesn't know the music. Did he even listen to the lyrics? "Rockin' in the Free World" is critical of the US government (specifically the G.W. Bush administration when it was written) and emphasizes hunger, homelessness, drug addiction, etc.

I wonder if Sec. Blinkin followed it with "Hotplate Heaven at the Green Hotel" by Frank Zappa.
