Blade Runner 2099
I was pleased to read this was coming out as an Amazon series. I'd prefer another movie by Denis Villeneuve, but a series potentially could be good, or better for the extra hours. Since neither movie did well at the box office, they're doing a series instead. Ridley Scott is involved, and will probably direct some episodes. The two movies are towering sci-fi achievements IMO, both all-time favorites of mine. Be cool if they could get flashbacks with the cast of the two movies, and maybe an AI version of Rutger Hauer.

The original is my favorite film. I was very pleasantly surprised by the sequel. Those were big boots to fill, and I think they lived up to it. Different feel, but DNA was right.

"Luv" was probably one of the scariest villains of all time. Ruthless, lethal and yet somehow attractive.

Silvia Hoeks is a beautiful woman, IMO. Well cast here. This movie was my first seeing Ana de Armas as well. I'm hoping I can get that Joi hologram soon...
