Quality roof mount attic fan?

My attic fan has been dead for some time and I'm ready to replace it. Looks like Home Depot has them but there are enough 'leaks' and 'died in 18mos' reviews to make me want to find a better brand. Anyone here have an idea where to find a roof mount attic fan that will last a long time and work quietly?

Thanks!

I believe we all make mistakes but I will not validate your poor choices and/or perversions and subsidize the results your actions.

Depends on the install and how hard is it to get it out and have to re-roof that section. If good, just pull the motor and install new and don't forget the new thermoswitch if there's one.
