Panamera Turbo Rear Diff Fault Light
I posted this on the Panamera site however there are normally only 3 people on it.
Question - I have a caution light "Rear Differential Fault" appear on my Panamera Turbo. I took it to the dealer as well as a private Porsche mech. Both said it was a sensor fault and that the part needs to come from Germany. It will have no effect on the driving - except if I scream around a corner at 80+mph. Have any of you had a similar experience ? Also - I have 50K miles on the car. I was thinking about a differential oil change - I hate doing those because every time these gear box oils are changed, their crops up issues. So - opinions requested: 1) How best to deal with the fault ? 2) change diff oil?

No Panamera experience here, but our Honda's like to have the trans fluid changed on a regular basis.
As to your questions: 1) How much is the sensor and does the light bother you while driving? 2) Diffs need good clean oil too, I'd change it.
