Daytona 400 mile race.

Just watched the first stage. 40 cars, 3 wide, bumper to bumper at near 200 mph. Precision driving at its best. A damn shame it will not last the whole 400 miles.

You're right, it didn't last. Did you see the ending?

I watched that race, I haven't watched a Nascar race in quite a while. What a story for the winner of the race. Harrison Burton, son of Nascar racer, Jeff Burton, who was one of the commentators calling the race, wins at Daytona. Harrison has been let go as driver of the Wood Brothers #21 car at the end of the season and doesn't have a ride for next season, I'm sure he will be getting some calls soon. This was the 100th victory for the Wood Brothers, which makes the win all that much more interesting.
I was amazed at the strength of the cars. Near the end of the race, when that car was sliding on its roof, you could see just how strong the chassis was as the roof didn't cave in at all. It looked like they could've just flipped the car back over, and it could've just drove on. Very solid cars, for sure.

Well said, Marty. Yeah, dramatic ending...

I did. First stage was just great driving. I knew it wouldn't last. Ending was pretty good. Woods brothers finally got win 100.
