Porsche Returns to Indianapolis

Porsche is gearing up for the tenth race of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship at the iconic 2.5 mile oval track in Indianapolis on September 22, 2024. Last year, Porsche won at the track and they're eager to repeat this year too!

Porsche heads into the race as the leader of the manufacturers’ classification. Proton Competition and JDC-Miller MotorSports are running two Porsche 963 and they appear to running great!

Also coming to the track is the Porsche Carrera Cup North America with rounds 11 and 12 of the 16-race, 2024 season happening September 19 to 21 as part of IMSA’s Battle on the Bricks weekend.
30 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup race cars are entered. Each 40 minute race feature 3 classes, Pro, Pro-Am and Masters.

We're looking at an excellent weekend of racing with lots of excitement all around! Let us know if you plan to spectate either of these wonderful events.

Porsche eager to repeat the 2023 one-two triumph in Indianapolis

Great job by Penske Porsche last weekend in Indianapolis! Each 963 performed great in the GTP class with podium finishes by #6 and #5 as well as victories for the iconic car company in the GTD and GTD-Pro categories with two 911 GT3 Rs taking home first place.

Also last week Indy hosted rounds 11 and 12 of the Carrera Cup which resulted in victories for Kellymoss drivers Loek Hartog and Alan Metni in both Pro an Pro-AM categories and Richard Edge and Scott Blind secure victories in the Master class.
