Google Pixel 9 phone chargers?
Wife and I just upgraded from our old moto z4 phones to Google Pixel 9 and a Pixel 9 Pro.
We both have a bunch of wall and car chargers that we used for our moto Z's that have usb-a on the charger and usb-c on the phone. Guy at Verizon store tried to sell us a bunch of high priced wall and auto chargers that are usb-c to usb-c. He says that using our old chargers will eventually damage the newer Pixel phone batteries. I Googled this and found that the newest chargers (usually saying for i-phones and Samsung on the packages but no mention of Google phones) are typically mentioning them as PD and/or PPS chargers. I am not too concerned with super fast charging, but don't want to ruin our new phones. I did stop at Walmart and bought two Anker 313 30 watt wall chargers to get us going as the new Google phones do not come with a charger. Looking to get several more chargers for home/office/auto, but not real sure what I should be looking for. These new phones are also capable of wireless charging which I know nothing about other than they are slower charging. Seems like wireless might be good for when my phone is sitting on my desk at work. It sucks getting old.... Technology is leaving me behind. Lol Any advice from Pixel 9 owners would be gratly appreciated.
