Yeah, am not a fan of the Honey Baked Ham store or their hams. I've had better just by buying a regular ham and making my own glaze.

Costco spiral cut honey ham in the red foil package.

Put on wire rack in pan, drench with pineapple juice leaving half inch in pan, pack with brown sugar and dangle pineapple slices on the sides on toothpicks.

Bake at 350 lightly covered with foil for 45-60 minutes, uncover and bake another 30 basting every now and then. Comes out great.

For decades ... one aunt "did" the turkey, another "did" the ham, and the rest "did" the rest .... every southern T-day and Christmas .... dozens filling up rotating houses.

Men knew to stay outta the way ... eleventy conversations going on at once ....

HBH sux .... big azz pineapple rings are required on a proper ham .

I WILL enjoy the ham tho'.... oink, oink ....

Pack with brown sugar means a couple of pounds of it? It's a big cavity but sounds good. Does the inside cavity get pineapple juice as well? Doing two things in a recipe is about my speed. I'm interested. :-)

Honey Baked Ham is good but silly expensive.
