I cannot log in from home ?

I keep getting error code 304.. I cant log in on my laptop, desktop or phone . Must be my ip adress ?
I have zero problems logging in at work
Any clues how to resolve ?

clear your cookies, clear your cache. be sure you aren't running thru a proxy, etc.
