Any Hess Truck Collectors?
I have quite a few Hess Trucks and was looking at what the one for this year was going to be and realized that in 1992 the Hess Truck had a Porsche with it and thought it was pretty cool. Anybody out there collect Hess Trucks?

Not a collector but bought this year's fire truck for my grandson's Christmas gift. It is pretty nice (but pricey).

Not a collector, but I still have the Hess training van that my grandparents got me in the late 70s when I was little.

I have a NIB 1994 Hess Premium Diesel truck that was only sent to dealers, we were one. When issued they were going for 2k, now not so much. I should try to sell it.

I have that one I was 7 in 92. It was one of my favorite toys. With rubber wheels and lights and pull back action definately the highest quality toy I had. The pull back action doesnt sent it very far but the lighting made up for it.

Dad bought one every year as a Christmas present from late 60's through early 90's. Loved the detail and working lights, I still have most of them in original boxes stored in basement. I have seen collector values range from $100 to $2000 depending on rarity.
Link I found, but has pop ups: https://antiquesknowhow.com/hess-trucks/#:~:text=Here%E2%80%99s%20a%20year-wise%20list%20of%20all%20Hess%20toy,%E2%80%9960s%2 C%20it%20made%20other%20tankers%20and%20voyage%20t rucks.

I've seen pictures of me as a toddler playing with the 1967 tanker truck that an uncle who worked at a Hess station got me for Christmas. I wish I still had that truck. In 1970, my grandparents got me the Hess truck that year for Christmas, and it was a firetruck. I wish I still had that one also. Some time in the early 2000s, Dad started getting me Hess trucks for Christmas as a collectible item, and he always got the bag that had the truck and artwork on it as well. I have several boxes of Hess trucks from 2002 up to just a few years ago. Dad always got me one, and he usually got two for himself, one to display and one to keep unopened.

The 1992 Hess Porsche hauler is about $30 on Ebay with the box. Plenty of them. I am tempted as porsche930dude says they are sturdy. Not that I need to play with it but well built stuff is enjoyable to own.
I have a Hess siesmic map magnet from when I worked at SOHIO. You interested, Marty? Or anybody here, for that matter. This would be for the Hess fanatic. :-)
