A powder keg waiting to go off. He's screwed himself over for years now, but glad no one was hurt.

A flaky friend of mine was drunk and drove his car through a Chase Bank entrance. Later on, his soon-to-be ex-girlfriend turned him in and he had to pay $150k to Chase for the damage. At that time he had the money. Now, not so much.

Well, those charges listed are very eye raising.
