Kauai timeshare week rental available 14-21/04/24

With our dream cabin build well underway, we've decided to forego our 2024 annual Kauai vacation. We've owned this timeshare since 2007 and have been visiting pretty much annually ever since. This reservation was booked some 2 years ago. It's a 2 bedroom full (not partial!) ocean-view condo that sleeps 6-8 with a fully equipped kitchen. It's the best 2 bedroom timeshare unit available at the Hanalei Bay Resort in Princeville. We have stayed in many other ones at HBR but we've always tried to land this one! It has a gorgeous view of Hanalei Bay and boasts fantastic sunsets views right off the lanai! It also has stunning mountain and waterfall views as well.

We would just ask that you cover the annual maintenance fee as well as the daily visitor fees. This would be great for a family vacation or for 2 or 3 couples.

As I've received valuable advice from you guys over the last 12 years or so, I thought I'd offer this to a long time fellow PPOT member first before listing it!

Prayers for all affected by the unbelievable devastation experienced in just the last 72 hours on the beautiful island of Maui! We were there last April and posed for a pic by the historical Banyan tree in Lahaina:

I've went to a wedding in Princeville and it's a nice place. Not busy at all. Near Na Pali coast and mountain hiking. Daily rain and good weather. The NW area of the island is inaccessible by vehicle and the south was pretty dry. Suggest a helo tour to anyone who goes. Amazing waterfalls and jungle in the center.

It’s an amazing piece of paradise for sure! It’s gonna be tough to give it up for one year!

For all you Pickle Ball fanatics, the Hanalei Bay Resort will be converting two of it's 8 tennis courts to pickle ball courts. The project is expected to be completed by December 31/23. COOL!

This is a great deal for someone out there. I had contemplated taking Alex up on this, but now that the actor's strike is over and being so close to retirement I'm going to have to forego any vacation plans for this year and 2024. It really is a beautiful property.

Thanks for the very fine accolades Craigster! As I mentioned with the cabin build we’ve decided to forego our annual Kauai vaca for a year or two. It’s gonna be tough for sure as we love this place.
