Jaguar E-Type Series One
 

This is a relatively short video of a 1965 E-Type fixed head coupe. The series one is my very favorite model of E-type, be it "drop head" or "fixed head" because of the sleekness of the covered headlights and this car is a fine example of a series one.
Can someone please explain why on God's green earth would it be required to have a number plate across the hood ruining the silky lines of this car??? Law be damned, that would have to go.
