Silo -The series

On Apple TV, really enjoyed it and it definitely leaves you wanting more.

Based on books I found out, so I think I’ll get them and read.

Anyone else enjoy it?

I read the e-book series a few years back end enjoyed it. I didn’t know it was out in any video format. I enjoyed it. Scifi; lots of details that wouldn’t add up in real life, but hey it’s fiction!

I couldn't get in to the first book (Wool), but I'm enjoying the TV show. Maybe i'll give the books another shot.

You should! I’ve been jonesing for a rendition ever since reading the series. They’re still on the shelf, good timing before watching the series. I’m not one to get bent over adaptations not following books to the letter. I’m able to enjoy the craft employed to bring the written word into a visual format for what it is.

Oh, and Han shot first GDmmitt.

I'm always a late adopter. I don't watch a ton of TV, but I'd seen and heard enough about this show and realized that I was getting AppleTV for free so figured I'd give it a shot. It's got Rebecca Ferguson in it, so that's an added extra. I'm only a few episodes in, but liking it so far.

It was a bit surprising for them to kill off most of what seemed like the main characters in the first few episodes.

My son's college roommate had read the books and really enjoyed them, as well as the show, so that got me motivated to watch it. It's good. Sad, like any post-apocalyptic story, but intriguing nonetheless.

I finally finished season 2. I think it may be even better than season 1, and definitely ended on a pretty big cliff hanger.

Supposedly S03 is filming and 04 is on the way
