My old 930 is on Bat right now .

I know I left some money on the table when I sold it, but I basically , wiped the dust off it, took 15 photos and sent them to a guy looking to broker P cars, and it was gone at my number in a few days .
Im sure its been flipped at least 3 times since I sold it in July and Im prettty sure its till titled in my name . They also stole photos of my engine rebuild off my FB account from 10 + years ago .\
There was some non original parts on the car when I sold it, but I saved everything and included it when I sold it . All those parts never made it to the second purchaser .
It kind of a shame to see these cars get traded like a stock to people who don't really care or know much about them , but it is what it is .
What do you think it will pull ?? 4 hours left

acquired by the current owner in 2010?

Beautiful car.

I remember back in 1976 one of our region members bought a 76 Turbo. It was astonishingly fast. Well for that era, not so much in 2025. I got a ride in it, and I was blown away, as I drove my 95 HP 74 914 2.0 and that Turbo felt amazing.

I got to drive a 2024 011 Turbo S last summer. I felt like I was in the Star Wars movie when they jump to hyperspace, and the stars fly by. Astonishing acceleration. But at a quarter of a million bucks, just in the stupid price range for me.

fastfredracing 01-08-2025 05:55 AM

Yeah, total BS. The clean PA title, I bet any money is still in my name. The second guy who owned it after me , lived in LA.

fastfredracing 01-08-2025 05:58 AM

I have gotten 2 calls this morning from people looking to bid, so something on the auction site, links it to me, or the current owners are handing out my contact info and name.
Its o.k, im always happy to talk P cars, and I really loved this one .

Sold my guards-red 87 930 with 64k miles on it for $30k...around 2007. I feel your pain!

speeder 01-08-2025 06:17 AM

Fred, you should drop into the comment section of the auction and straighten out the info. I tried but they might not let me because they protect sellers over there. As the longtime owner and mechanic, your input would be considered valuable.

That's what they went for back then, you could buy as many as you wanted at those prices. It was also close to what they are really worth, at least to me. Here is the current market:

In the 300+ photos, they include a pic of a ton of service receipts, and at least one includes the following. There may be other items with your info.

I can't stand people who do this. You should reach out to the site owners and let them know of the misrepresentation.

God forbid there should be a problem with the car and the new owner pursue a claim against the former "owner" based on the title.

It may top 90k with 19 minutes left .

I asked if that car was from MA but didn't get an answer. Something like 20 years ago I was asked to sell a white 89 Turbo with 999 miles, still smelled brand new inside. Owner wanted $65K for it. I couldn't sell it, Sloan bought it for $50K I think.

A 999 mile Turbo might bring as much as 7 figures today. Certainly $500K.

Didn't meet reserve at 130K

William930t 01-08-2025 10:11 AM

Love the Peru Red exterior color, she's a beauty, BaT bid to $130K.

I think I bought your car! If not close. Got mine in Ohio in 2008 with just under 60k miles...

Beautiful car, I love Peru Red. The prices make me sad because I don’t see myself paying what these cars seem to bring.

Nah…I sold it when we lived in Atlanta burbs.

A930Rocket 01-08-2025 04:38 PM

Seems like an unethical seller on bat, saying he’s owned the car for 10 years. Makes me wonder what else he’s lying about.
