Thanks for posting that link Marty.

As a model train enthusiast I can appreciate all the work that went into making that layout.

You're welcome, I thought it was amazing. Lots of little stories in the details.

That is someone with a LOT of time

There have been some pretty crazy little train set ups down in Old Sacramento at various bars, shops, as well as the California Railroad Museum. This end of the Pony Express and the railroad was Sacramento

They say in the beginning of the video. Guy must have been insane, 18 hour days, seven days a week for years.

This is as close to that kind of thing I'll ever get. This is our Christmas train village that my wife puts up under the tree.

Loved the pool hall..."Gee mom, why was that man offering that lady money?"

My HO layout, and its bigger cousin in the garage. Always a work in progress.

Wow! Amazing amount of detail in that layout. I’ve never seen a steam engine configured like the one the camera was following. What was that big object in front, behind the cow catcher? What was the pipe coming down from the smoke stack on the left side?

I was thinking it was configured like one of those trains that clears snow off a track.
