"My surgeon's a jerk," she said with love.

Have any of y'all undergone a cheilectomy? What was to your recovery like?

And no, I 'm not in any pain. Not yet. The nerve block hasn't worn off. What I do have is a defrosted pork loin flopping around at the end of my ankle. Anyway, some of my friends stopped by to visit today, and started giggling. My surgeon left me a little message.

Lots of VitC, Zinc, Magnesium, water/tea/whatever, rest and distraction, and whatever it takes to stay in LaLaLand a few more days.

Listen to the doc.
If they say 'go out and exercise soon" then do that. Or the opposite.

I've only got the one. It's a manual, and I wear heels.

Dixie,
At least that "Little Piggy" looks happy! Hope you heal soon.

Your image of "Yes I can drive a stick" reminded me of a chuckle my wife gave her grade six class when a student from another class knocked on her door and asked, "Mrs. GS, do you have a broom?"
She responded,"No, I brought my car today."
Some of the kids got it.

All the best.
Les
