...and don’t read work emails off the clock?

I have my computer and phone synced with Outlook. I read real email, and send a lot of crap to spam. I don't get a ton of email, but I like to keep on top of it.

I have to go to the spam folder and flush a lot of junk the spam filter caught. I have three old legacy email addresses I check for real email and empty the spam.

Work mail gets deltvwith nonstop while at work. Personal? One addy I check every say or two, some I havent checked in years ...

^^^ I saw him in Columbus, OH about 15 years back just after he released Analog Man.
He did a free concert for the 4th of July and it was at a high school football field. We stood right beside the stage for most of the 2 hrs. I was close enough to spit on his shoes...if he wanted. :D Jeff Lynne was in the band with him.

I responded to calls and emails from work around the clock (even on vacation) for the last 15-20 years I was employed ...but expecting everyone to do so is a bit much. Especially for time they are not paid to do so.

My work life balance was better before computers and cell phones. Although my employer (USAF) required me to have a phone that I really could not afford (if I wanted to live off base with my wife and kids). It only rang when they were sending me some place I didn't want to go. Unless on leave (vacation) I had to be at work, bag packed and in uniform ready to get on a plane to deploy in 30 minutes when in TAC.
