Double posts
 

We all know about this.

Anyone trying to fix it?

Go to the duplicate to edit it and delete it

Dammit, I was going to purposely do a double post. It wouldn't let me.

I type up a post and hit the Post Quick Reply button. More than half the time - it just sits there. I then copy what I just typed, go to the top of the window and refresh to see if my post made it. Almost always it does, but if not, I rinse and repeat.

As always, my "fix" would require fixing.

If I see it advising the post is being submitted, I will go back to the thread menu. When I look at the threads, my post has been noted.

The forum was being really "hammered by bogus active users" both yesterday (and currently) ... just another day on PPOT as of late.

Are they related?
