SPAM THREAD:

I don't understand what the purpose of your post was? I know I could have PM'd that thread to an admin but I figured it would be easier to report it here for any of them to see.

This one is very tasty.

I'm not a huge fan of spam.

However... when it's part of Samoan palusami it's amazing. If you get the chance to eat do so!

Whenever I'm in Rarotonga or Samoa I eat palusami everyday.

Basically it's taro leaves with a creamy coconut milk over the top of spam.

Are you trying to bulk up? However, isn't palusami made with corned beef, preferably Crown Corned Beef?

I could never bulk up like a real Samoan. I'm just a scrawny palangi. They tend to use tined corned beef, like Spam, as they don't have a cattle industry going on in the islands.

Just FYI, the right/best way to report a thread or post is via the report post button that exists on every post.

This thread, without following the link seems like it's a thread about SPAM (not Spam, despite what the peanut gallery has piled on with :D).

I don't think most folks could. Their genetic make-up seems to favor bulk. It's impressive.

I'd definitely try it, and I'm sure it's tasty, but you're not exactly painting a pretty picture "milk over spam on leaves", LOL.

Wait, maybe the picture that you're painting is actually generous...

Photos aren't exactly appetizing

I thought the coconut milk was a mild form of cream cheese. It's kind of like a island form of chicken Florentine and it's all mushed up and creamy. Yep, I'm not very good at describing it.

I have no doubt that it's better than it sounds (or the photos that I found look).
