Hey Steve .... T-Mobile question..
Any six of you guys ;)
My voicemails are now appearing much later as text msgs ... started a week or so ago. Anyone know how to disable this? Another totally bogus something I hate fwiw :( |
I remember MANY years ago, there was a way to enable VM transcription, but I haven't seen that in years. I logged in and looked for any sort of option for that and couldn't find it.

Thanks! Do you have a VM & text on your T-M cell? I setup the VM a few years back ... w/ no voice msg, and nothing since. Prolly started getting txts...a week or so ago .... irksome.... now GOML ;)

On my iPhone with AT&T, voicemails are transcribed so that I can read them. No text messages though.
|
I've got Google voice, and forward my calls to GV where, if they leave a VM, it gets transcribed. I so rarely get VM these days, I'm not sure what a regular VM would be like any more.

Thanks guys ... I'll wait for SteveJ to see this ... he might have his VM with T-Mobile or mebbe someone else.
|
I use TracFone
When I get a VM..I can listen to it or read it. I think my Comcast service does the transcribing. It's funny to read the transcribed emails..... It's rare that the words come out as they said them. |

Text: (from mom ... 6 hours after call): "Steve .... ... uh ....... can you hear me? ............. uh ............ OK ..................
Call me back" That's it ..... or a caller I would never answer wants to buy a property and leaves a VM.... several times a week. It's a new enhancement :( |
