I had significant and sometimes debilitating dizziness back in 2007 that really shook me. Explored basic medical diagnosis with no definitive cause. Used the Epley maneuver on a friend's recommendation and it completely resolved my dizziness.

Look deeper into this as it is completely free and very few Docs will prescribe it. It falls into the realm of physical therapy, not medicine.

Exactly, doing Epley is free and easy, so seems worth a shot. It's entirely possible that it's not vertigo (dizziness) due to the stones in the inner ear, but seems worth a shot. And who knows if everyone would describe vertigo the same or not.

My wife came down with labyrinthitis. I teased her at first about just being a dizzy blonde. She did not see that as funny. She was treated and all is well.
