Anyone using robotic mowers for a small yard?
 

We are closing on a townhome soon, while the association maintains the outside, we have a fenced in area they don't maintain.

Only data point I have is a relative with an older Husqvarna Automower he is happy with, but that was a few grand and a big overkill for our tiny area, about 2500 sq. ft. He needed to add a perimeter wire, I see some models don't.

Anyone with experience or recommendations?
