Back to the thread subject.....today is yard waste pickup day here, so spent the morning doing trimming work here. They don't pickup my stuff until after lunch so nice to have the morning to get caught up on what I can't get to Mon & Tues.

Been in the 70's out so not bad!

Was just out with the G-men. (Garbage-Men). Gave them cold bottles of water and a thank you. We're on a first name basis and they get tips throughout the year. Same as my mail carrier. They are the every day heroes.....

Enjoying a nice glass of Guava juice this morning. Will take a nice 14 mile bike ride on the beach afterwards. Then ride over to my storage unit on one of my White RC26's and ride my '86 VF500F back.

Couple small work-related errands. Then piddle around with some motorcycle work. Then baseball tonight.

Life is good!!!

We use "Happy Hump Day" in Aus (but it originated in North America). ;)

One of my former co-workers said every Wednesday "Happy hump day, we are on the downhill slide towards the weekend."

Now that I work for myself, and we are not super busy, almost every day is Saturday, and I have to look at my watch to know what day of the week it is, hump day is pretty much meaningless.

Any local news on my favorite Australian hero Alby Mangels?

(maybe not my all time favorite as I love the AC/DC boys and Colin Hay -ill be seeing him for the first time in August)

A few years back there was talk about the old films being remastered for streaming. I keep waiting but still nothing.

Back in the 90s you could turn on the Discovery Channel here and see his old shows every week. Since then, he has disappeared.

Happy hump day. Today starts a 5 day stretch of cold and rain here. Should have mowed my lawn yesterday but I got busy and forgot.

My mom calls Wed Hump Day sometimes. I occasionally use it, just because it's funny and unusual, but now the guys at work are used to it.

Nice. For the last week or two, our morning temps have been ~80º with highs in the low-mid 90s. Summer is here!
