Add banana trees to your list. They take over and will not go away since they have bulb like roots. I tried removing them in my yard in the BAY a couple times and they always came back.

My brother-in-law had their yard redone and put a bunch of them in a cinder block retained/planter. I mentioned this to him and he blew me off like I was posting a 1 starfish thread here. Been like 5 years now and I always look at their growth the once or twice a year I go down there. I am looking forward to them starting to push the masonry block around. Right or wrong of me.

I had mine pumped four years ago and it cost $250
I had dug out the cover and it was a job finding it and clearing the nearby tree roots.
The guy suggested letting him install a resin riser to make access easier next time. He did if for another $200

Now, it's just a matter of four screws and it's ready to be pumped. Next year I'll call them to pump it again.

Every 2-3 years here after the first time when I didn’t know you have to pump them and it backed up.

We have a below grade bathroom - it pumps the waste up to the 4” main.
When it backs up it pressurized the system. Taking the inspection cover off to snake it was … a deeply unpleasant experience …

Bananas aren’t trees. They are a large perennial called a musa.
They spread by suckering.

No septic but I do have an outhouse with a 300 gallon tank at my WI fishing retreat I drop in Rid-X once a year with a few buckets of water and it reduces things considerably over time.

It appears that I am on a 5 year pumping schedule at $180.00. Then again, it is not used daily.
