Motorcycle Nav Decision
Recently moved into unfamiliar territory. Away from civilization with numerous curved, hilly country roads. With 4 bikes (2 with 6v electrics), would like a battery powered device easily transferable between bikes.
Best option I’ve seen so far is the small Bee Line 2 device that links with your phone via Bluetooth using any of the map apps. 10 hour battery life, but very small. Before hitting “buy-it-now”, wondering if anyone has used it or has other suggestions. I’m a firm believer that the phone belongs in a zipped pocket rather than attached to the bike (in the event of an injury accident, I’d rather have the phone in reach), so that’s not an option for nav use. Appreciate your experience.

I haven't moved on from Butler maps but this looks interesting. At approx 1.5 inches I wonder how glove friendly it really is.

Another option is to just buy a cheap android phone and you can download Google Maps for your area via Wi-Fi. The GPS in the phone will allow you to navigate.
In addition, for less than $200, several Chinese manufacturers offer devices that add Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality to motorcycles. LAMTTO 7-Inch Wireless Motorcycle Carplay GPS Navigation System with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, Portable Moto Car Play Screen with Dual Bluetooth, Navigation, Siri, Google Assistant, Anti-Glare https://a.co/d/9OxVegu
