Right, same for me. I'm not pre-diabetic or anything like that. My blood sugar always comes back 90-100. I'm about 15# up right now, but no one is accusing me of being fat. It helps that I'm tall.

I would probably take a good L methyl folate supplement if I had idiopathic neuropathic symptoms
