Mustang Challenge at LeMans ?
 

I put this on RL. but not sure it posted. so repeating here.....just FYI

Hey peeps. just a PSA and Q. 2 -45 min support races with close to 40 cars on the grid.... Jeezus. Pretty much Spec GT4s what they call " Dark Horse Rs" 500+ HP. . even Fahey will be in one

Any one know our guess how much a seat would cost for this event? Just wondering. BTW could be a crash fest but what the hey....... races live are smack in middle of night.... just in case you are awake and worrying about Luigis PCA Club license...

Not sure what it costs a driver to race at LeMans. I know the cars are $160K or so and it's another $300K to run the series in the US. I saw them run earlier this year. It was OK, but not nearly as good as Carrera Cup or Lamborghini Trofeo. Looks like the race starts at 4:50am EST Friday on YouTube Ford Performance channel.

Thanks Curt. you are always on top of this stuff... My reading of this is that the LM events are one-offs , not included in the 300k series but I might be wrong...

It's been a good year for watching auto racing including GT4.

Amazing that the Mustangs are keeping up with and sometimes leading the pack.
