R. Crumb did that poster. Same artist, but just a stand-alone. He also did the Keep On Truckin' poster with Mr Natural, and tons of other weird comics.

Freak brothers were awesome. Fat Freddies cat was always good for a laugh.

Up the street not far from my house is a strip shopping center, all owned or leased by one company. They have a head shop & vape and tobacco shop on one end. They also sell beer and wine of course, and lottery tickets. Next door is a full on liquor store that is even open on Sundays. Next door is a "medical" marijuana shop. Just go to an approved doctor, say you have backache or headaches, and you get the card to buy pot. All they need is a "massage parlor" and they will have most addictions supplied.

They do sell gasoline as well, but it all has 10% corn squeezings so I get my gas across the street with 100% gas.

Oklahoma has more pot dispensaries per capita than every county in the USA except two counties in Oregon.

I don't have an issue with people self medicating, alcohol has been doing it legally for decades but I'm not a fan of smoked pot because of the smell. Cigars and cigarettes don't have as pervasive a smell. Pot smoke travels and sticks.

I'm in Springfield, MA this summer for work and it certainly seems like dispensaries outnumber grocery stores and there's no shortage of grocery stores.

You can't smoke pot all day if you don't start in the morning !!

The stink weed is a strong stink of skunk, even stinker than tobacco. Gummies can get the effect for dopers, and no sharing the stink.

My folks when I was a kid got a game kinda like monopoly that if I recall correctly was called Heads and Feds with the Freak Bros. Used wooden match sticks as "lids" which was the game currency.

Wake and bake and all ambition is gone for the rest of the day.

I was maybe 19 or 20 when I figured this out; I quit so I could work a job, try and make something of myself.
I tried a little bit when it became legal in Oregon a number of years ago, but boy-o-boy, the new strains bring some thoughts and thought patterns that I have no interest in pursuing.

I haven't smoked weed since my twenties. But I can stand the smell of it....cigar smoke is the worst, it makes me choke.

I've never done any drugs--don't much care if others do; however, it DOES bother me when people smoke weed in public. It's legal recreationally in Arizona now, so you see it. We were at the lake this weekend, LOTS of kids, families having BBQs, birthday parties, etc. And then, the stink of weed. Look around and there's a couple sitting at the edge of the lake, 20 feet away from everyone else, toking on a doobie. THAT annoys me.

I'm an occasional (very) edible user - only if I can just hang around the pool not doing much, or at a concert. But I get really freaked out on my bike when the giant landscaper trucks towing a sketch trailer blow by me and I can smell the skunk coming and going....
