Seat Gap Plugs

Bought these from Amazon....$13/pair.
No more losing items into the hole that your hand won't fit into.
Mine is carbon fiber and no pockets. You can get most any color and with/without phone slot.

Pics of before and after. They slide easily with adjusting either seat.

Yeah, but if she gets these, how will my wife get food under the seat?

^^^

A few weeks back, I was pulling into the auto car wash...it was busy and there was a line of cars behind me.
I had my credit card in hand to swipe when I went to put it into first gear and the card got knocked out of my hand....Guess where it went?

I had to get out of the car, crawl behind the front seat and luckily I got a couple fingers on it to draw it out....as the line behind grew more impatient.

Those are brilliant. Not a solution looking for a problem.

Found on Amazon. Read the reviews, especially 3 star. Lots of good info. At 13 bucks not a lot to lose.

There seems to be 50 different options of the same basic thing on the big A from $25 down to $9.

Everything that I saw seemed to be universal other than coming in different colors.

This is the one I bought....but it's carbon fiber to match my console.
There are many others that aren't cf.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D4LL9V59?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

I'm getting this page everytime I paste the URL of the item....don't know why.

Cool, I'll check them out and see if they look like they'd work for the wife's Outback.

I called Amazon re the link problem in post #8 just now.

A very helpful guy explained to me that the reason is Pelican Parts likely has a restriction on posting links to Amazon.
I hadn't thought of that.

And that's only been an existing problem since, like, bench seats?

No way, not for me. If I ever crash in a remote ravine, stuck or something I need to count on those lost French Fries. Could mean the difference between life and death.

I’m a bit of a prepper.

And it's amazing that it took this long for a good solution.

My friend could use something like that for his '87 911. 2 days ago I had to take his drivers seat out to get a penny out of the track that was blocking the slide. Second time I've done it for him.

I'm 5'9", so I installed the 1" seat riser in my 84 911. That 1" of extra room makes a lot of difference when cleaning under there. Never had the track blocked....yet.

Probably someone was using a towel or saw one. It would be great if some carwash employee saw this and is now successful.
