Did Ari Loeb get young Frankenstein's Abby Normal brain? Or, does this support MTG's theories about Jewish space lasers? |

Per Dr Kaku video: Whipping around the Sun picking up energy means that aliens are involved. Full stop. No explanation. Always, always, always when NASA/Spacex/big swinging d**k physicists make any kind of statement like that they will state "This is because......" Niel Degrass Tyson makes a living out of telling us the "because" in his windbag way. |

This whole Youtube channel is fake! https://www.youtube.com/@AstroAtlas-n8r Some dude created it 3 weeks ago just to ride this disinformation wave! "The content is inspired by Michio Kaku’s public lectures, interviews, and published works, re-created strictly for educational and inspirational purposes. A synthesized narration voice is used, which does not belong to Michio Kaku." This one too! https://www.youtube.com/@AtlasAstroUS "The content is inspired by Brian Cox’s public lectures, interviews, and published works, recreated strictly for educational and inspirational purposes. A synthesized narration voice is used, which does not belong to Brian Cox." I sure hope no one here on Pelican is following or believing ANY of these videos... |

None of us know what this thing is. Except Mike, he knows! I'm gonna believe Mr. Cheesehead. :) http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1761654748.jpg |

Let's consider some slack jawed yokel from Kentucky who has only ever seen Ford and Chevy cars, EVER, all of his life. One day, someone drives a Porsche through town. Now, that slack jawed yokel doesn't know the name of it, he doesn't know what the engine looks like, he doesn't know what kind of sound or emissions it might make, he doesn't know if it has variants, he doesn't know where it came from, what kind of environment, he doesn't know how long it will last, how fast it goes, any of that. But he knows it's a type of car, just like the Fords and Chevys. He knows it has 4 wheels, mostly moves forward, can turn and reverse and is meant to carry people around. You're acting like he would not even recognize this new car as a car, and therefore would assume it was come completely new item never before seen. Obviously I'm relating cars to comets ;) Why is it so hard for you to believe that scientists understand this thing 99% complete, and are simply learning and pointing out the differences from our normal local comets? |

Even a redneck knows how to shoe horn a chevy engine into a porch. Or a vw engine into a boxster. As for the alien angle, it’s a fun mental exercise. Imagine the grays setting up shop on a moon of Jupiter, with earth not being able to do a darn thing about it…! |

Comments from low energy folks can't lower my vibes! I've dealt with haters my whole life. No anger, just pity. They have to live with themselves. :D |

No hate here. Just need to know the market. About 30 years ago we developed a housing subdivision with one house rather close to overhead power line towers. Thought we would have to discount that home to dump it. That home sold early on, to a buyer that was convinced power lines, transformers and towers attracted aliens, and was his best opportunity to experience a 'close encounter'. |

The government isn’t shut down. People just aren’t being paid for their work completed. |

So.. This thing hits it's perihelion today in a couple hours. At this point, a minute change in thrust or direction has HUGE implications. And all this happens hidden from our view. Not saying ETs, but a lot of stuff is unusual about this comet. Not my green highlight, but it is an interesting tidbit. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1761750897.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1761750897.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1761750897.jpg |

So, aliens are bad racecar drivers? Do you make severe trajectory changes at the center of the apex, or do you make gradual smooth changes at the beginning of the apex? So, why would an alien ship suddenly change coarse during that 5 hour window of its multi-BILLION year trip instead of, you know, making a very tiny correction, I dunno, months ago, years ago, decades ago, which would allow it to enter our atmosphere and take over the planet without some crazy maneuver? Think about this for a minute before you go and accuse the hyper intelligent, very aggressive, world dominating aliens of being bad pilots. |
|
And, while we're here... How many days after perihelion will you wait to see if the object's trajectory has been modified. Hours? Days? Weeks? Years? I mean, some reports already state that it has turned and is HEADING STRAIGHT FOR EARTH!!! while some claim it's going to go into orbit around Jupiter, and others just mention amorphous trajectory corrections. But, one way or the other, the average person can see where it is in the sky if they want to, so EVERYONE will know when and if it changes direction, right? |
