I saw this plate this morning and had a good laugh because of the obvious joke porno name. Being the curious sort that I am, I looked up to see where this county is located and who it's named after and sure enough, some wisenheimer edited the Wiki page with the porn name. It clearly says in the text that it's named after Captain Virgil McCracken, some guy who died in the War of 1812. But look at the side bar: :D:D

So it's not the "ADV 177" that you're talking about, it's the part that's unreadable the county name at the bottom of the plate?

Now what you need to do is go to the Kentucky personalized license plate site and find out if there's someone with a plate that just says "Phil". And then hopefully, he's in McCracken county.

Now that would be some serious juvenile humor…I approve.
