Welding Tips and Tricks did a video on the Denali machine and the cut and etch looked very good. I have seen some welds that snap free with little effort.

If you want to get serious about laser welding, the machine that Jody used is $25K. Or you can opt for the new Miller at $48K.

You could also throw your money in the ocean and spend as little as 5K. In the world of lasers welders, watts = $.
