Ex North Koreas Submariner learns about US sub food 14m video
This is a very cool video. It's an ex NK submariner learning about the food on a US submarine and talking about how that compares to NK subs and reacting to it.

I wish my dad was still around, I'd ask him about his thoughts on the video because he spent time on nuclear fast-attack subs. I do remember him talking about cooks and stuff, so I assume what's in the video is probably realistic even if it is likely to be polished due to being for some sort of promotional video. I think while on the subs, they mostly wore "poopy suits" (overalls). https://grandpopsarmynavy.com/cdn/sh...yB2-8_300x.jpg |
As told to me by a career Filipino USN submariner:
Universal to a young submariner is the affect of being off the boat in a warm rain, disconcerting. Its the same as a shower on the boat in your only private moment you have on one. At work he would smile in the rain and shimmy. |
