I bought some monk fruit sweetener. Still finding that electrolytes are pretty much what sells therefore what I am looking for is harder to find. I will have to re-read the thread to see if I missed something. Yesterday I did make an electrolyte drink and she nursed the thing too long for what the goal is. Meanwhile I probably drank a gallon of water. And it's raining like crazy, not a thirsty day!.

You can lead a horse....

Milt have you tried coconut water ? Check the labels , some have zero sodium while others have 1 % to 3 % .

Trying to not buy bulk. Powder transports better and is economical by comparison. But I get a point from your comment, find what works over convenience. And I do know that sugary drinks will be consumed if they are in the house. A while back, maybe a couple years ago, we had quite a run on those favored "Ice" brand sodas. Better than nothing but not good for overall health.

I was complicit in enabling as I do the shopping. I stopped buying them and I didn't get a lot of protest. I bought cases of other drinks too. Really, I don't like to buy even bottled water. We have RO water to drink at the sink. Why buy what is essentially RO water with maybe something added back, but not much. Carrying around a bottle of Evian water is some kind of fashion statement.

Milt you are correct , my point was find something that will be consumed and checks off the health requirement boxes . After that work on logistics of packaging/cost/availability . I wish you the best .
