My Opinion with Regards to the Registry
 

As most of you know I was banned from the Registry for a week.

My personal opinion is that I'm not going to argue with them, they can go ahead and do what they are going to do. I will continue to post on the Pelican Parts OT Board, as I have gotten a much warmer and supportive response here than on the Registry Board.

With regards to the Registry Board we'll see....what the Registry doesn't understand is that it is a 2 way street so you might say I've suspended them as well.........

The difference is that I don't think they care.

U might read my last comment as my not being too happy with the Registry either... Fair enough...

What they "care about" IMO, is controlling their reallity.

We all do this; just to different degrees.

For me, when a guy comes on TV, showing me some pathetic, orphaned, malnourished, amputeed, little girl with a sweet (but sad) face, I change the channel. Simple.

Though, admittedly, I will sometimes keep watching, just out of morbid curiosity, up to the "for just 50¢ a day" part. (scammers)

SO I'm saying, tabs, if you threaten peoples reallity, they may want to change the channel.

With me they can't tell what Reality is, since I change it everyday for them. As you know I play with various images and/or realities. Reality in the the Real World is subjective and doesn't always come tied up with a nice pretty bow, or come with a Porsche Badge on the front.

Joe Kennedy said,"Image is what counts, and the substance of a man doesn't matter."

I disagree image means very little....it's what you are inside, it's what you have to go to sleep with every night.

Tabs: Last night I read your handywork on the Registry. I have to say it was quite entertaining. I don't think you could have been more effective even if you had taken a wrecking ball to each of their houses. I haven't seen that many "ignores" since...well...since you first came on the scene here.

Anyway, as far as Joe Kennedy is concerned, whaddya expect from a guy who was humping Gloria Swanson? Image was all any of 'em had.

Thank You...That is a very nice compliment dd74...I'm not out to jam anyone here or there just to have some fun...to laugh a little. To joust mentaly and verbally...I've used that Gruppe as a foil, because they allow themselves to be used. They take themselves tooooo seriously, and that is what makes them vunerable to the likes of me.

Do U think that if I never mentioned them again they would cease to exist??? Hmmmmmmm.....HEHEHEHEHEHEHE

I haven't wondered much about this - just five seconds to be honest - but if a Porsche floats in outer space, or exists in another universe - is it then still a Porsche?

What the heck is the Registry? I've GOT to see it.
