Uuuh I smell lawyers and copyright arguments :p :D

Maybe not....It can depend on the particular business space you're in.

This ski, leisure and pool business has been around for quite a few years in NJ and all of a sudden these stickers started popping up. I had to stop by one of the stores to get one.

BTW, I like Wayne's pelican better. The one above looks too scrungy.

I've never seen a Pelican in the snow. . . but then again I have never seen a Pelican driving a P-car either.

Wayne, when do we get the story on how the name "Pelican Parts" came to be?

Aside from this Pelican business selling Ski and Pool supplies they also sell Deck & Porsche furniture. Ooops, I meant Porch furniture.:D

I like snowboarders as about how I like water pumpers and lawyers.....

We have some Pelican Products cases for some of our test equipment.

They're good cases.

This is a great BBS and parts/supply vendor.

A Pelican helped to save Marlin and Dory.

:D :D

MikeZ. What is wrong with snowboarders? ...you seem to have the snowboarder attitude yourself.

Good question....the problem I have with snow boarders is that they did not start as skiers....hence they ususally don't know the rules of the slope.....

One of the isues is, when you wanna stop and have a smoke break ya do it on the side of the hill....not in the middle, under a lip.....when I am doing Warp factor 3/4 and I'm in the air....I don't dig it when there is a gaggle of doofuses under the lip......I have to put on the brakes and spray them.

For some reason they get PO'd at ME.....go figure....:p

If'n I wanna do a babe break, smoke/piddle break, I go over to the side. I also don't like it when they run over my kids......

Moses? Ya beat me to it...Great pens, are they? I have a Mont Blanc Meisterstruk (or is it "stuck") with very little use that I'd swap for a decent Pelikan Fountain pen of similar value... The Mont Blanc, I'll admit, is like a 996...highly over rated. I regret spending the money.

Mike, There are plenty of gapers out there on two planks that are just as much as nuisance. I am a former two planker myself. I switched to boarding about 6 years ago. I used to tell the same snowboarder jokes as everybody else...now I dig it.

I write all day long, or so it seems. I use a Pelikan 400 rollerball for the regular stuff and a nice Pelikan fountain pen for official documents. The fountain pen has a feel like no other. I love it. ( Actually, the nicest feeling fountain pen I ever saw was a cheap Parker Bros. pen they no longer make. Oh well.) The rollerball is great, too. My only complaint is that the caps are screw-on types. My pen goes from my shirt pocket to the page more than 50 times a day and twisting and untwisting the cap gets tedious. I wish Pelikan would adopt the snap on cap like Montblanc.
