wanted SAM for 3rd party extremist group.
I mean is it really as easy as that ??????
you guys obviously have heard about the ilga (?) SAM that a guy was trying to sell/purchase for a muslim group, to kncok down AF1 or another (poss. commerical) plane. whew, glad to see that the powers that be, got this scum bag, before any damage was done. I dont get it, I really dont. kinda like reminds me of the old "back to the future film" when the prof tries to wramngle plutomium from a group of terrorists. but seriously, is it just a question of putting up a wanted add (or similar), then does the seller check what use or group it is for. as we all know terrorism is blind, when you down a plane over a city, it doest just kill "western capitolist pigs" (excsue me there), it kills black white, rich poor, christian, hindu, muslim etc. if I had my way this guy would be hung up by his balls, in time square upside down till his eyes popped out. its made me even madder when it was annoncued the guys was an indian who is british ! damn, now all we need is ppl taking one look at a brown skinned brother and thinking where all a bunch of terroerists. take care Adester

The only problem is that both the seller and the buyer were undercover agents. The SAM was a fake provided by the russians. This is a nice example of collaboration between US and russian intelligence. The middle man who was arrested is not a terrorist (meaning, he would not have used the SAM himself). He was a retired business man trying to make a deal. That does not excuse him of course, but just to put things in perspective. People would do anything for money...
