Unless my phone had a HUGE telephoto lens, you wouldn't catch me that close to a snake (willingly). I hate 'em. Totally unreasonable fear, I know, but I can't stand them.

I don't like them either, mainly due to the fact that I can't "read" them... don't know when he's upset or annoyed w/ me, unlike w/ dogs, cats, etc.
They are still incredibly fascinating, and I love petting them, I'm just never sure... Good thing to know though, is that when they are in this position (swallowing) they are most vulnerable. Unable to do much. Can't spit it out. They are on the verge of suffocating... almost.... so you'll be ok |
