With lines that small, and such a small heat exchanger, it has to be an oil cooler. Still dumber than bucket of hair.

Yes. That appears to be a young Fallow deer though, and they are legal to hunt year round in Texas.

They are also very tasty.

The pics I posted are actually of a mature albino whitetail. The pics, as I was told, were taken in Michigan.
