can anyone tell me if those cars are drivable at night ?!?

because it looks almost line the lights cannot illuminate directly in front of the car, they seem resessed deep and i would think can't shine in the center of the car ?? or am i imagining things?

We have no darkness in our U.S. nights, thus we require no actual lighting.
