Dubai?

almost looks like man-made 'private islands'...

looks like there a few more sandbars/islands for the taking...

My vote is Dubai also, all manmade. In fact, they have the world there. You can buy your own continent.

Its called "The World" its in Dubai. When the project is done its going to resemble a map of the world. Pretty cool.
