how can I tell how much video memory my computer has?

My kid want's to put a game on my computer, but it needs 16MB video memory. How can I check to see if this computer has that much memory?

i think that has to do with your video card......if you have windows try this......

goto "control panel"
click "display"
click "settings"
click "advanced"
click "adapter"
then it should tell you under adaptor information......i.e. mine is 32mb
to escape out of the menus without accidentally changing anything just use the "cancel" icons

hope this helps

My son has the most powerful computer in the house. Necessary for gaming. About once a year, i upgrade him, and use the hand-me-down parts in my pc.

But I can't complain, I upgrade my porsche collection more often.......
