Speaking of Kiebasa...Kowolski's in Detroit makes the best Holiday Kiebasa. They make it twice a year. Thanksgiving and Easter. It's a coarser grind and flavored a bit differently than their normal sausage. They do Second Day Air, so it's no problamo getting the stuff. Well worth your dinero.
