They rounded up the bunch that killed the USSR citizen. They tied them to chairs and lined them up. They cut of their pee pees and stuck it in their mouths. They took pictures and plastered them around Beruit.. Moscow never had a problem again.

Similar story told to me by my father Ronnie ... .when the Commies entered Northern Laos...they boiled an offending relative's heart and made the living relative(s) eat it in front of the village. Escape was better than resistance.
