Hi Tabs,
I've only been lurking a bit recently, but I have been here  Combination of a series of bad colds and now my Xmas housewifely responsibilities are all activated. A friend of mine has implemented the ideal Xmas solution. She disappears from around 15 Dec to 15 Jan. No presents, no Xmas cards, no crap parties, no relatives etc etc. I'm not sure if she just hides in her house not answering the phone or goes off to sunnier climes (she's in London), but the idea looks better every year  This year I'm cooking shish kebabs, any traditionalists present at my table who have a problem with that will get the skewer. I'm also doing a very English Xmas pudding with brandy sauce. Anyone with a problem with that may find the brandysauce poured over there heads. (menopausal? me? what ever gave anyone that idea?)

I'm going to make Lasagna, and either a Pineapple upside down cake laced with Rum or a Southern Comfort Cake laced with Southern comfort. Either way I get soused. Have been invited by the neighbors across the street for dinner and those are going to be my contributions.
Good to hear from you again...I was just thinking what happened to Isabo, we havn't heard from her in a bit.
