Eagles / Carolina game!
Anyone here have any tickets they are looking to get rid of?
|
I wish, I tried to get some...they are available for quite the price on ebay
|
Hmm...so who are you guys pulling for :)? This should be a fun game on Sunday. If Stephan Davis is healthy ('inside' running game), I kind of like Carolina's chances...if not, then who knows???
|
Carolina.
AFC: Colts |
Eagles, and Patriots Both teams just find ways to win, and the Pats D should be able to stop the Colts.
|
EAGLES all the way!
|
E-A-G-L-E-S Eagles!!!
|
Wonder if Rush Limbaugh's got money on the Carolina vs. Eagles game.
|
Fly Eagles fly, on the road to victory...
Fight, Eagles Fight... Score a touchdown 1,2,3... Hit em' low, hit em' high, and watch our Eagles Fly... Fly, Eagles fly, on the road to victory! E A G L E S - Eagles! |
Jared: you're supposed to be a Radiers fan by default. :D
|
Never been a Raiders fan..
Althoguh i did meet Lyle Alzado in an resturant once with my dad in El Segundo. Raiders used to train here in the off season. BIG dude, oddly friendly for such a tough player. |
Yeah, weren't they in that high school or whatever on Center Street? I remember that too back in the day when my Ford wrencher was up the street. Used to be one could look right through the fence and watch Marcus Allen tear it up. :D
|
Yup, it's now El Segundo Middle School
I remeber seeing Marcus Allen around here all the time. Then I moved to Thousand Oaks, where the Dallas Cowboys used to have summer training. Used to see Danny White all over 1000 Oaks. |
Sweet! I can say this: I for one am very glad we don't have a pro football team here. L.A. doesn't deserve it anyway.
As for baseball games, Dodger "fans" leave in the sixth and seventh inning! |
Thats true, we do leave in the seventh inning, basically cause traffic out of Elysian Park is HORRIBLE. 2 lane road down a mountian, takes you an hour to go half a mile

Thats cause they have the subway and public tranist.
Besides the Dodgers havent been any good since 1988. Kirk Gibson, Game 1 World Series, Cmon, best moment in L.A. baseball history.... |

Yeah, Gibson: could barely run around the bases after the hit. Greatest moment? Sure, but I think there were a couple no-hitters in the 50s, right? I don't know. Maybe Big Blue was still in Big Brooklyn then. |
My picks are Colts v. Panthers.........I hope.
I really want to see Manning and Dungy win the Superbowl. I like those guys. |
Pats and Panthers this weekend--Pats win it all.
