Excellence magazine contact?

Anyone have an email addy for Excellence Magazine? I sent them money for a subscription 6 weeks ago. They cashed my check right away but I havent seen an issue yet.

They seldom reply to fax.
They can be reached by telephone. Sometimes.
They keep their office door locked.
They will send you your magazines. Eventually.
