Shut up and leave me alone!
Is it just me, or does everyone (including me) seem to be on edge lately? This past week, I’ve noticed more argumentative and snide remarks both here on the board and in life.
Is there a full moon or something? Has the Mars Lander upset the Gods? What the hell is going on?? |
Hey! Shut the hell up! :D
|
Yeah, maybe your skirt's on too tight! :D
|
Good idea. Maybe we should just get it out of our system here and now.
Quit wining about your friggin’ little nail and drive it you pansy!! Skirt, no way, but this thong is killing me. You have a problem w/ that?? |

Now I need some mental floss to get rid of the image of your rectal floss. Better start drinkin'. JP |
For those who live in places without four seasons, the problem is winter. I've been down every since mid October when I had a bicycle accident. Few chances to ride, cold weather making the Porsche less fun, and just pissy weather make Homer angry...
Give it a month or two and things'll pick up. :) |
It's all love.
Sorry about the mental. True about the weather. I start to lose it about the time daylight savings ends but that usually only lasts for a month or so. Looks like this year it will take until daylight savings comes back before I snap out of it. I hate winter! Sorry snowbound guys. Good idea, looks like it's going to be another gin night. |
I concur -- post Holidays, Mid-January during a particularly miserable winter, can't use the high-horsepower toys, can't ride, it gets to ya.
One thing that helps me (seriously) is the electric beach. I ***** you not -- and I'm a pale, spotted Mick that has no more business intentionally exposing himself to sunlight than does your average vampire. I ridiculed fluorescent tanning for a long time, but I caved last February and tried it. Your body reacts to "sun"light and you feel better (maybe not exactly "yee-hah Skippy!", but better), even if only for a couple of days. Well, that and copious quanties of fine fine bourbon, administered nightly. JP |
Ah, bite me.
Actually for me the ***** has hit the fan at work and I'm busier than a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest. :( |
Holiday bills is my excuse. Post-Xmas Scrooge syndrome, you know...
Plus, I find January a tremendously boring month. |
I've been a little uptight myself: but I blame getting dumped on at work!
Could also be cabin fever: Some of us here on the right coast have something called SNOW and winter to deal with! :D -Z-man. |
you all shut the hell up.
|
I can blame it on the fact that I get laid almost every night of the week.
Almost on Monday, almost on Tuesday, almost on Wednesday... |
Hey I'm HAPPY, I'm feeling really content right now. I play golf, I play poker, my stocks are up, my house has appreciated, my legal suit will be resolved soon and I will be able to move on, my dogs are happily barking at the workers next door, I went to a gun auction, I got a new gun which is out being cleaned, I've started another war with the you know who on another Board, it couldn't be better....Whats the problem????
|
wow, i hadnt really noticed. but now, looking through some older post, people are getting annoyed easy. i getting tired of working on my car and not driving, so eff off.
we need some sunshine. |
Yeah .. and that damn Z-man keeps snubbing my only fun! hahah bugger!! ahahahaahhahaa
everybody...... just shut the hell up! huh ! come on for the love of god!! |
Winter, what the hell is winter. Its 65, sunny, and no snow in vegas.,..,.,.,.,hmmm, maybe THATS why Im not too attitudical.
|
Maybe it is the end of the fiscal year that is causing some stress in corporations. I remember last year it was at that time I got laid off. Things will pick up in february.

What really pissed me off last night was a news report that 1,000 jobs were lost within the Osh Kosh clothing company, and going overseas. Not that I care about Osh Kosh, but for ****'s sake, the job loss will decimate an entire town of Osh Kosh employees.
Merry post-friggin Christmas! Things are getting absurd! |
Could not the government do something to prevent this king of things to happen ? Oh no, sorry, that would be socialistic, or even worse, communist ! Well, I guess I have to accept the idea that pretty soon, the US will only be populated with CEOs, which is fine with me, as long as I get to be one of them...http://www.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/fles.gif

You're healthy, your family is safe, you live in the best place on earth... count yourself very lucky. It could be a helluva lot worse!

Yeah, the fuse seems a little short around my house these days also. Ofcourse a 6 year old son, a 3 year old daughter, a black lab that takes up most of the bed and a wife who is 7-1/2 months pregnant with our third, throw in a major remodel of our house, work pulling me in to many directions and a 71 911T targa that doesnt get driven enough puts my mood a little below normal.
But just tonight my daughter swam the length of the pool in swim class, my boy told me I was the best dad ever, my lab curled up at my feet, and my wife actually brought a beer from the fridge in a frosty cold glass with out even me asking. Things are on the up swing:D |
I hate to say this, but so far this year has started out better than anyone I can remember. And that includes having surgery. A lot of it has to do with the fact that I've had 3 weeks to do whatever I please. A week ago, I ran the canyons with Jack, Wayne, David and the boys. My race motor is almost together. Dunkels is Sunday. Life is great!
Now that I've said that, ***** will probably rain down all around me. |
Ive been feeling so down lately, I've taken to throwing lit cigarette butts out my car window at passing motorists on the I-95 for fun....... The last guy almost sewerved off the road...
|
Hey DByers I guess theres stress evn in paradise...Santa Barbara. Goes to show you nobody has it made. Theres always something thats just alittle outa reach.
|
Power, I almost just spit out my coffee. That was classic. Link it to that thread.

and ive also just realised that the 354/35/15's that i bought for the back of my RSR won't fit. Not suprising really when you think about it. mind you, i think that they are probably the baddest pair of tyres that ive bought and never used.
